Alison Powell is a CIPD Associate with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Alison has been working in the field since 2009, when they began their career as a School Business Manager at Baxter College. Alison then moved up to the role of Director of Personnel and Communications, where they were responsible for HR management, recruitment, and training of non-teaching staff. Alison also held the role of Administration and Operations Officer, where they were responsible for financial management, asset management, procurement, and tendering operations. In 2020, they joined the Severn Academies Educational Trust as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Human Resources.
