Gregory (Greg) Guard is the Chief Growth Officer and is responsible for growing all aspects of Inframark’s business across its three divisions — Water Infrastructure Operations, Infrastructure Management Services (IMS), and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Technologies.

Prior to joining Inframark, Greg was the CEO of CLEARAS Water Recovery, an early-stage, sustainable water treatment technology company, where he repositioned the company and drove it to profitability. Before CLEARAS, Greg held the roles of President and Senior Vice President of Global Sales at JWC Environmental, a $100M wastewater treatment equipment company. Greg was a key member of the management team that improved and packaged the company for sale from Windjammer Capital to Sulzer in 2018. From 2010-2012, Greg was the Chief Marketing and Sales Officer at Thermo Fluids, which at the time was the third-most prominent collector and processor of waste oil in the U.S. He was a key member of the team that improved and sold Thermo Fluids from CIVC Capital to Heckman Corporation in 2012. Prior to Greg’s successful private equity career, he was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a $3B division of Waste Management Inc. Greg started his career at Waste Management as a territory salesperson. He earned a bachelor’s degree at UCLA.

He lives in Huntington Beach, CA, with his wife and three daughters. He enjoys surfing, backpacking, fly fishing and playing guitar.
