Clive Ingram

Clive Ingram is an experienced project manager currently overseeing projects on MOD sites across the east of England with Severn Trent Services since January 2022. Prior to this role, Clive held various significant positions at Severn Trent Water, including Technical Standards Lead and Senior Programme Engineer/Programme Manager from April 2010 to December 2021, and has a long-standing background in management as Distribution Team Manager at Severn Trent from July 1983 to August 1990. Clive's educational qualifications include an MSc in Environmental Quality Management from De Montfort University, a BTEC Diploma in Water Industry Operations Management, and a DipWEM in Water and Environmental Management, among others.
