Anne Carroll

Anne Carroll has extensive experience in engineering and project management within the water and sanitation sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Capital Delivery (Water) at Severn Trent since June 2025, Anne previously held the position of Operations Director at JN Bentley Ltd from May 2020 to June 2025. At Mott MacDonald Bentley, Anne worked as Design Director and led the AMP7 Transformation for Dwr Cymru Welsh Water, focusing on a £280 million annual capital portfolio, as well as managing a large design team. Anne's earlier roles include Senior Civil Engineer at Mott MacDonald and Programme Director for the Defence Infrastructure Organisation. Additionally, Anne served as a Sanitation Engineer with the British Red Cross and was part of the British Army. Anne holds a Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
