Chris Harris

Chris Harris is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the civil engineering and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Severn Trent since April 2023, Chris is responsible for managing the HS2 diversions programme. Prior to this role, Chris worked at National Highways from January 2016 to March 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing route strategy projects and managing the M42 Junction 6 Improvement as both Planning Manager and Project Manager. Earlier positions included Project Manager at Environmental Scientifics Group, where Chris delivered multiple ground investigation projects, and roles at GeoDyne Ltd and Soil Property Testing Ltd that established a strong foundation in geo-environmental engineering. Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography (Hons) from the University of Derby.
