Ian Chapman

Ian Chapman is an experienced project manager with a strong background in delivering large-scale infrastructure and community projects. Currently serving as Lead Project Manager at Severn Trent, Ian oversees the £76 million Sustainable Flood Resilience Project in Mansfield, which includes the installation of approximately 2,000 SuDS interventions. Previously, Ian managed the Nottinghamshire Warm Homes on Prescription programme at Newark and Sherwood District Council, coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver a £1 million annual project aimed at vulnerable residents. Additional experience includes leading the Green Deal Communities project at Ashfield District Council and managing various projects at T G Beighton Ltd. Ian’s educational qualifications include a Project Management Qualification from APM and NEBOSH National General Certificate, among others.
