Mike Haydon

Mike Haydon currently serves as the River Health Capital Design Lead at Severn Trent, where responsibilities include overseeing capital design spills. Previously, Mike held the position of Design Excellence Lead, managing a team of technical experts in the Capital Design and Delivery function, and served as the Design Support Services Manager, leading geotechnical and survey efforts. Prior to joining Severn Trent, Mike was the Operations Manager for the Coventry office at Ian Farmer Associates (1998) Limited and also worked as the Assistant Operations Manager at SOCOTEC (formerly ESG). Mike's career began as a Senior Engineering Technician at Joynes Pike and Associates, followed by a role in geotechnical engineering at Arup.
