Stephanie Cawley is an experienced leader in customer operations and service delivery within the water and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Operations at Severn Trent since May 2018, Stephanie oversees the Water and Wastewater teams responsible for delivering 1.9 billion liters of clean water daily. Previous roles include Head of Water Treatment and Head of Water Networks at Severn Trent. Before joining Severn Trent, Stephanie held various positions at Openreach, including General Manager of Service Delivery and General Manager of Service Management Centres, where responsibilities encompassed network performance and customer experience management. Stephanie's career began at BT, where roles included General Manager of BT Business Transformation. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Major Programme Management from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a BA in Management and Business Administration from the University of Reading.
