Stuart Johnson

Stuart Johnson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in asset strategy, project management, and sports development. Currently serving as the Asset Strategy Manager at Severn Trent since March 2022, Stuart is focused on driving collaboration and innovation within the company's accommodation portfolio and leading the implementation of a comprehensive Accommodation Strategy for approximately 8,000 staff. Prior to this, roles included Project Manager for the Green Recovery programme, Development Coach at the Youth Sport Trust, and Director of Sport and Community Development at North West Leicestershire School Sports Partnership, overseeing significant budgets and strategic initiatives. Earlier experience at Volleyball England involved leadership positions such as Head of Development and Partnerships Manager, where efforts were centered on expanding volleyball participation and infrastructure across the country. Stuart holds a CIM Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing from Oxford College of Marketing and a 1st Class BSc in Sports Development with Coaching from Sheffield Hallam University.
