Kevin Shaw

Kevin joined the Audley Group, a market-leading operator and developer of UK retirement villages, in 2013 having previously worked in the Holiday Park sector in a variety of roles for 16 years.

An entrepreneurial leader, as Managing Director of the Audley Group, Kevin is responsible for development business. Under his leadership, he has built an experienced and successful team; his key responsibilities include construction, real estate sales, sales and marketing, and all related financing and budgets. Kevin is also a non-executive director at Two Rivers housing trust.

Always focused on achieving successful outcomes, as a chartered Director with the Institute of Directors, Kevin will use his business experience and expertise to drive the delivery of the business objectives, ensuring that these are responsive to the needs of existing and future customers.
