With extensive experience in customer services and business development, Rachel worked in a variety of senior roles at South Staffs Water. As customer services director, Rachel was responsible for service delivery, customer insight, inclusion and communication, customer contact, billing and debt collection activity, achieving maximum revenue collection and high customer satisfaction.
Rachel has considerable board experience within both the public and private sector. She has a strong record of advising on policy, business transformation, growth and innovation, while building and managing successful stakeholder relations and developing robust governance structures.
