Lyudmila Klimanova

Lyudmila Klimanova is a seasoned training manager with extensive experience in SAP implementation and business transformation projects. Currently serving as a Training Manager at Severstal since October 2020, Lyudmila is involved in the implementation of S/4HANA. Prior experience includes holding the role of Training Manager at PepsiCo from December 2015 to August 2020, where responsibilities involved designing and executing comprehensive training programs for SAP integration across multiple go-lives and training areas. Earlier roles include managing training strategies at Adecco for PepsiCo projects, and leadership positions at BDO Unicon and Deloitte CIS, where Lyudmila developed training approaches, led teams, and ensured effective training delivery. Lyudmila holds a degree from Moscow Power Engineering Institute and has pursued further education in psychology at Moscow State University.
