Maksim Prokhorchuk

Maksim Prokhorchuk is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and operational efficiency, currently serving as CPO Digital Twins at Severstal since April 2024. From April 2022 to March 2024, Maksim held the position of Head of PMO and operational efficiency at Первая грузовая компания - ПГК, where responsibilities included implementing a development strategy for a technical division of 300 employees and overseeing over 40 IT and business projects with a cumulative impact exceeding 500 million. Prior to this, between October 2019 and May 2022, Maksim was Head of Project Office/Portfolio Manager at NLMK Group, focusing on IT strategy development, project management, and the introduction of Agile methodologies, successfully completing 80% of projects on time. Earlier experience includes a Portfolio Manager role at NIPIGAS, managing automation programs for the Amur gas processing plant project, and achieving significant milestones in system implementation.
