Pelex Flereme

Pelex Flereme is the Founder & CEO of P-Lex Tous vos droits LLC and an Attorney At Law at Bar of Port-Au-Prince, working as a Gender Equality Consultant at FIPCA/Haitian National Police in the past. Pelex has served as the Head of Legal and Compliance at Sèvis Finansye Fonkoze and as a Sector Justice Specialist at Social Impact/USAID. With a strong educational background including a Master of Laws - LLM in International law and international relations, Pelex has also worked as a consultant for various organizations such as UNDP, providing expertise in legal affairs, evaluation, and strategic planning.
