Joe Fernandez is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over 15 years in user support and help desk management. Currently serving as IT User Support Manager at Sevita since October 2016, Joe has previously worked at The MENTOR Network, where roles included Help Desk Supervisor and Help Desk Technician from June 2008 to October 2016. Earlier in the career, Joe held the position of Assistant Help Desk Specialist at The First Marblehead Corporation from 2007 to May 2008.
