Most recently, they worked at PerformOne Recruitment Consultants, LLC as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, specializing in filling positions in various industries. Paula's current role is at Sevita as a Sourcing Team Lead, where they lead a team of sourcing specialists and focuses on sourcing for Health and Human Services.
Paula Riley, MBA, obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University with concentrations in Human Resources Management and Project Management from 2015 to 2017. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Operations & Management from DeVry University in the years 1992 to 1995.
