Paula Riley

Paula Riley, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Paula started their career as a Program Manager at Retail Marketing Professionals, where they managed projects and handled HR responsibilities. Paula then joined Alliance Medical Corp as a Customer Integration Manager, where they managed customer account information and proactively identified risks. Following that, they worked at Randstad Sourceright US as an IT Talent Advisor/Senior Recruiter, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as training and supervising a team of recruiters. Paula later freelanced as a Human Resources Consultant, providing guidance on HR issues and assisting with recruiting and retention. Paula then joined Orion Talent as a Professional Technical/Finance Recruiter, where they developed strategic plans, performed salary negotiations, and coordinated interviews and offers. Most recently, they worked at PerformOne Recruitment Consultants, LLC as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, specializing in filling positions in various industries. Paula's current role is at Sevita as a Sourcing Team Lead, where they lead a team of sourcing specialists and focuses on sourcing for Health and Human Services.

Paula Riley, MBA, obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University with concentrations in Human Resources Management and Project Management from 2015 to 2017. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Operations & Management from DeVry University in the years 1992 to 1995.
