Mostafa Abou Ghaly

Mostafa Abou Ghaly has extensive experience in human resources and business leadership, currently serving as the Egypt SMO HR BP & Asia Pacific, Middle East, & Africa Distributor Ops & Capability HR Director at Procter & Gamble since April 2017. In this role, Mostafa oversees HR functions across various departments and has previously held positions such as Senior Human Resources Manager and North Africa Talent Practice Leader. Additionally, Mostafa founded Bouyage Seafood in January 2018 and has held partnership roles at Abou Ghaly Group for Investment, Trading & Supplies and Mostafa Abou Ghaly’s Sons for Fish Trade Wholesale. Educationally, Mostafa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University and has a background in architecture and business management from various institutions.
