Anil Deshpande

Anil Deshpande has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the IT and operations industry. Anil is currently the CEO of AFC Digital, where they provide strategic and thought leadership to IT and operations organizations for their business transformation initiatives. Prior to this, they were the VP of Technology Solutions at SEWA International USA. Anil also worked at PWC as an Advisory, where they helped P&C Insurance carriers with large-scale transformation programs and IT and business strategy development. Anil has expertise in CRM, CTI, Contact Center solutions, and business process and workflow management. Anil also worked as a Solutions Architect at Guidewire Software, and in program management at Support.com and US Interactive.

Anil Deshpande completed their Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) between 1995 and 1997.
