Philip Moustakis

Philip Moustakis is a Partner at Seward & Kissel LLP, specializing in Government Enforcement, Internal Investigations, Investment Management, and Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain Technology since February 2019. Previously, Moustakis served as Senior Counsel in the Division of Enforcement at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, where involvement in the Cyber Unit and Asset Management Unit occurred from July 2008 to February 2019.
