Daniel Horras has extensive experience in various roles within the logistics and print industry. Daniel began their career at Duplex Products as the General Manager of Operations, overseeing plant operations in Orlando, FL. After the company's merger with Reynolds & Reynolds, they became the Manager of Trade Relations, developing a Trade Partner Program with over 300 suppliers. Daniel continued to work with Reynolds & Reynolds as the Manager of Partnerships, expanding their subcontract network and servicing multiple sales and distribution facilities. At WorkflowOne, Daniel held several roles, including Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships and Senior Product Manager, where they developed strategic partnerships and implemented cost-saving initiatives. Daniel also worked as the Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Standard Register. Prior to that, they were the Director of Partner Development at Archway Marketing Services, where they focused on enhancing and formalizing partnerships with manufacturers. Most recently, Daniel worked at Sewell Motor Express, where they started as the Director of Driver Training, Development, and Retention and eventually became the Managing Director of Training Retention and Development.

Daniel Horras attended The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 1981 to 1986. During this time, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Business/Managerial studies. Additionally, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same college between 1981 and 1985.
