Christy Pierce

Christy Pierce is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR management and strategy. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Sewer Equipment since March 2021, Christy leads talent acquisition and oversees compensation and benefit plans. Christy previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Katherine Shaw Bethea Hospital, managing a team of eight and developing HR strategies. Additional experience includes serving as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at San Jamar and various HR roles at The Colman Group, Inc. and San Jamar- Chef Revival, and an early career as an In Charge Auditor at Coleman & Williams, LTD. Christy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Human Resources from Marquette University.
