Shawn Bondele

Shawn Bondele has extensive experience in sales, operations, and management within various industries. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Sewer Equipment since April 2011, previous roles include Inside Sales Manager, Senior Buyer, and Bay Assembly Supervisor overseeing the RamVac Vacuum Truck product line assembly. Prior to this, Shawn held the position of President at BONDELE DESIGN, INC, leading a commercial and residential casework cabinetry operation, where all aspects of company operations were managed and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes were implemented. Earlier experience includes assistant management roles at FIBRO, INC, overseeing operations in robotic automation and quality control, as well as a production supervisor role at Olson Aluminum Castings, where product scheduling processes were significantly improved. Shawn began a career as a Field Service Engineer at General Kinematics Corporation, achieving multiple promotions through demonstrated expertise. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
