Glenfort Rigmaiden has an extensive work experience in the human resources and hospitality industry. Glenfort is currently the Head of Talent & Culture at Roami, where they manage all aspects of HR operations and strategic planning. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at G Ray Consulting, specializing in hospitality/restaurant consulting. Glenfort also served as the Director of Human Resources at HEI Hotels & Resorts, where they were responsible for the HR operation at the Hilton St. Charles Hotel. Additionally, Glenfort has worked at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. in various roles including Talent Acquisition Specialist and Complex Recruitment Specialist, overseeing sourcing and staff recruitment for multiple properties. Glenfort has also held positions at W Hotels as a Complex Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Coordinator. Glenfort's experience includes managing recruiting, staffing, associate relations, compliance, benefits administration, leadership development, and guest satisfaction/engagement. Glenfort has a strong focus on creating a positive company culture and developing high-performing teams.

Glenfort Rigmaiden attended Lake Charles-Boston High School from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a High School degree. Glenfort then enrolled in the University of New Orleans from 2002 to 2007, majoring in Psychology.
