Jazzie Ruffa Sumalpong

Jazzie Ruffa Sumalpong has held various roles in different companies. In 2013, they worked as a Tier 2 Technical Support Representative at Convergys. In 2015, they were a Service to Sales Representative at Tech Mahindra and later became an Exhibit Designer at Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI). In 2017, they held two positions: Sales Executive Manager at Dynamic Action Staffing Solutions Inc. and Sales and Recruitment Manager at Dynamic Action Staff Solutions. In 2019, they joined TDCX as a Resolutions 2 Case Manager. Currently, they work at Sextant Stays, starting as a Guest Advocate handling escalated cases and was eventually promoted to General Virtual Admin for Operations.

Jazzie Ruffa Sumalpong attended the University of the Philippines from 2007 to 2011. During this time, they pursued a degree in Industrial Design and focused their studies on Fine/Studio Arts, specifically in the general field.
