Rachel started their career as a Catering Event Supervisor at Sodexo - University of Illinois at Chicago, where they organized and executed catering services for various events. Rachel then moved on to La Cuisine Catering, where they worked as a Catering Event Manager, optimizing event coordination and catering functions. Rachel then transitioned to Entertaining Company as an Event Planner, directing entertainment events within client budgets and needs. Rachel then joined Seyfarth at Work as a Logistics Coordinator, executing and coordinating daily logistics for training events. Rachel later became the Business Operations Manager and then the Managing Director, Legal Training & Development, responsible for overseeing diverse aspects of the business, managing teams, and serving as senior management for a trade association. Throughout their career, Rachel has demonstrated strong skills in logistics, coordination, event planning, client liaison, project management, and team leadership.
