Rebecca Henderson

Rebecca Henderson is a seasoned legal and corporate professional with extensive experience in a variety of roles. Currently serving as a Corporate Trainer at Seyfarth at Work since July 2023, Rebecca is also a Partner at BlueWater Dispute Resolution Group, LLP since April 2018. Previous positions include Senior Associate at Cambria Consulting from May 2020 to August 2025, and significant roles at Wells Fargo as Executive Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, and as Partner at both Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP and Durham Wyche. Rebecca began a legal career as an Associate Attorney at Smith Debnam Narron Drake Saintsing & Myers and held the position of Senior Law Clerk at U.S. Bankruptcy Courts. Rebecca's education includes a JD from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a BS in English Education from Appalachian State University.
