Tricia van Pelt

Tricia (Smith) Van Pelt has a diverse work experience. Tricia started their career in 2001 as a Public Relations Assistant/Intern at the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. In 2003, they joined Chubb as an Excess Umbrella Underwriter. Tricia then moved to Seyfarth Shaw LLP in 2004, where they worked as the National Department and Practice Group Manager until 2013. From 2015 onwards, they held various roles at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, including Director of Practice Development & Operations, Corporate & Real Estate, and Senior Director, Practice Development & Operations. In their most recent role, they were responsible for implementing strategic initiatives, overseeing department operations, and leading change management efforts.

Tricia (Smith) Van Pelt has a diverse education history. Tricia attended Harvard University in 2020 for a Smart Collaboration Master Class. In 2003, they pursued an MBA at Loyola University Chicago with a concentration in Management and HR, completing their studies in 2007. Tricia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marquette University in 2002, majoring in Public Relations. In 2001, they briefly studied at St. Clare's, Oxford. Tricia's high school education was at St. Viator High School. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt from the Six Sigma Academy.
