Marion Ruilhat Fredeau has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 as an intern in the Risk Department at Aviva Investors. In 2011, they had summer and fall internships at Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan, respectively. They then joined Goldman Sachs as a Fixed Income Sales professional from 2012 to 2015. Marion moved on to work at Roland Berger as a Consultant in 2015, before establishing their own venture called Herbarium in 2016. As the Founder of Herbarium, Marion successfully operated the business until 2021, when they joined SÉZANE as the Head of Development Europe.

Marion Ruilhat Fredeau began their education in 2006 at Louis le grand, where they completed their Classes Préparatoires Scientifiques (PC) degree from 2006 to 2008. From 2008 to 2009, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL. Following that, in 2009, Marion attended the University of Hong Kong as part of an Exchange Program, where they focused on Financial Mathematics and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree. Marion then returned to Université Paris Dauphine - PSL to complete their Master 1 degree in Applied Mathematics, which they finished in 2010. Finally, from 2010 to 2012, Marion attended ESSEC Business School, where they obtained a Grande Ecole degree.
