Sophie P.

Sophie P.'s work experience includes being the Head of HR at SF Engineering since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at CMR Surgical as a Senior People Team Business Partner from January 2022 to July 2023, and as a People Team Business Partner from February 2019 to December 2021. Sophie also worked at Domino Printing, where they held the positions of Assistant HR Business Partner from October 2017 to January 2019, HR Advisor from September 2016 to September 2017, and HR Administrator from June 2014 to August 2016. Sophie was an HR Administrator at Papworth Trust from April 2012 to May 2014. Sophie's earlier experience includes working as a Marketing Coordinator (FTC) at NEC IT SOLUTIONS from December 2011 to March 2012, and as a Restaurant Supervisor at The Horseshoe Inn from April 2010 to May 2011.

From 2016 to 2018, they attended Anglia Ruskin University, where they pursued a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Management (CIPD Level 7).

Prior to that, they studied at Falmouth University from 2006 to 2009. Sophie obtained a BA Honors degree in Film Studies.

Before attending university, Sophie spent the years 2004 to 2006 at Long Road Sixth Form College, where they completed their A Levels.

Sophie'seducation journey began at Soham Village College, where they completed their GCSEs from 1999 to 2004.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Sophie also obtained certifications outside of their formal education. In December 2021, they became an Insights Discovery Client Practitioner from Insights and completed the Lead F program from Female Founders, also in December 2021.
