Alvin Lee

Alvin Lee serves as the Head of Americas Region at S.F. EXPRESS CO. LTD since June 2018, focusing on optimizing costs by 30% while maintaining service levels. Previously, Alvin held the position of Head of Product Department for the Oversea Region in 2018, launching a BBD solution that generated over RMB 5,000,000 in monthly revenue. From June 2003 to May 2017, Alvin worked as Operations Director in the International Business Unit, establishing an end-to-end cost model and managing various roles, including Senior Project Manager and Senior Administration Manager, where significant operational savings and improvements were achieved. Alvin holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Sunderland and a Diploma from The Hong Kong Management Association.
