Shannon Lien

Shannon Lien currently serves as COO, Director of Strategy, and Special Assistant to the CEO at S.F. EXPRESS CO. LTD, leading a team of 60 in the company's cross-border e-commerce division since November 2014. Prior experience includes acting as Strategic Project Manager at Buynow Mall BU-China, where Shannon managed a comprehensive market research project across 25 cities and revamped 23 stores. Additional roles include Global Sourcing/Product Management at Imation, where responsibilities encompassed managing substantial purchasing operations, and Product Manager at IPEVO, assisting with the launch of the North American subsidiary. Earlier, Shannon held a Marketing Executive position at PChome Online, managing brand marketing for Skype's official hardware. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Technology Management from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from National Taiwan University.
