Carmelo Riyel Santo-Tomas is currently the Associate Director of Facilities at SF-Marin Food Bank, with previous experience in fundraising coordination, outreach and community partnership coordination, office management, and escrow officer roles. Santo-Tomas holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from San Beda College.
