Victor Chukwuma

Victor Chukwuma has a strong background in logistics and shipping, with experience spanning various roles and companies. Victor most recently worked as the Head of Shipping and Inside Sales at SFC Energy AG, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they founded CJ Business & Consulting Munich in March 2022, where they provided support to clients in mitigating cultural differences in international business. Victor also served as the Team Coordinator for Freight Management, Customs, and Shipping at Klüber Lubrication from October 2022 to March 2023. Their previous roles include Senior Logistics Specialist at Sungrow EMEA, Logistics Coordinator at Canadian Solar Inc., and International Logistics Coordinator at Linde AG. Victor's career in logistics began at DB Schenker, where they worked as a Freight Forwarder from September 2012 to October 2016.

Victor Chukwuma completed their education in a chronological order. From 2012 to 2015, they pursued a dual vocational study in freight forwarding with a focus on international transport logistics at DB SCHENKER DEUTSCHLAND AG. Following this, they enrolled in FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Management, which they completed from 2018 to 2021. Victor then continued their studies at the same university and pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management Consulting from 2022 to 2024.

In addition to their formal education, Victor has obtained several additional certifications. In December 2022, they received the certification under the (EU) 2015/1998 Chapter 11.2.3.9 from Behrendt Consulting GmbH. In July 2022, Victor participated in the International Tax Conference in Munich, organized by OECD Tax. Victor completed ADR Certification training provided by DEKRA Akademie GmbH in November 2021. Furthermore, in February 2020, they received basic training in MAXQDA for qualitative data analysis and RStudio for quantitative data analysis from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management. Victor also holds a Certificate of Business Development from Auroras Innotech (GuangDong) Co., Ltd, which they obtained in December 2019. Victor completed the 2020 INCOTERM Certification program conducted by IHK Academy Munich and Upper Bavaria in November 2019. Additionally, Victor achieved a Professional Business English certification from the University of Cambridge in May 2014. Lastly, they participated in communication training for management personnel at Die Akademie für Führungskräfte, and they completed a Turnaround Manager program at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management.
