Dorian Patton possesses extensive experience in health, safety, training, and organizational development within the petrochemical industry. Currently serving as the Port Arthur Industrial Group Facilitator for the Port Arthur Industry and Community Leaders Advisory Group since December 2021, Dorian Patton also holds the roles of Chief Training Officer at Safety First Group and Principal Consultant at Greater Minds Think Consulting, focusing on project management and workforce development. Previously, Dorian Patton spent nearly two decades at TotalEnergies, where responsibilities included managing health, safety, security, and environmental strategies for major projects, overseeing corporate regulatory training, and leading human resources and training teams.
