Arvinder Grover

Arvinder Grover has over 20 years of work experience in the field of human resources. Arvinder has held various roles in different organizations. Since 2012, Grover has worked at Soho Flordis International (SFI), starting as an HR Manager and then being promoted to the Global Head of HR in 2014. In this role, they are responsible for leading organizational development and change programs to drive a high-performance culture and shape the skills of the company's employees. Prior to SFI, Grover worked as a Senior HR Advisor at AHPRA in 2011 and as an HR Business Partner at Biogen Idec, a biotechnology company, also in 2011. Arvinder has also served as an HR Manager at NSI Technology from 2009 to 2011 and as a Specialist Recruiter at Suncorp in 2011. In addition, Grover has worked as a Human Resources Internal Recruiter at Cisco in 2008 and had earlier positions at Boston Scientific, Greythorn, and Careercruise.

Arvinder Grover's education history begins with completing high school at TAFS. After that, from 1997 to 2000, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business at Delhi University. Following this, from 2000 to 2002, Grover obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in HR from the Institute Of Marketing and Management. Lastly, from 2002 to 2004, they pursued a Graduate Diploma in HR at Griffith University.
