Alex Espolet

Alexandre Espolet is a skilled sound and audio engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently, Alexandre serves as a Sound Engineer and Audio Engineer at SFJAZZ since January 2014 and as an Audio Mix Engineer for the Oakland Symphony since December 2019. Alexandre has also worked as a mix engineer for the Sun Valley Summer Symphony from July 2016 to August 2021, specializing in full orchestra mixing. From January 2000 to July 2022, Alexandre operated as a self-employed musician, specifically as a contrabajista. Earlier career experience includes a role as a recording assistant at Cerca del Mar from January 1994 to January 1996. Alexandre's educational background includes studies at Universidad Veracruzana from 1998 to 2000 and c.m.a. from 2000 to 2002.
