Tim Childress is an experienced BIM Manager currently serving at SfL+a Architects since November 2023. Previously, Tim held the position of BIM Manager at Walter Robbs Architects PA, a Michael Graves Company, from December 2014 to October 2023, where responsibilities included leading the BIM Committee, developing templates and content libraries, and enhancing software processes. Prior to that role, Tim worked as a CADD Technician, BIM Model Manager, and BIM Coordinator at Walter Robbs Callahan & Pierce Architects PA from July 2002 to December 2014, focusing on BIM execution plans and coordinating project activities. Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Technology: Drafting & Design from Appalachian State University between 2000 and 2002.
