Melinda Randolph

Melinda Randolph is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Spherion. Melinda has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, including eight years with Randstad USA, where they held various positions such as Senior Vice President, Vice President, and Director of Human Resources. In their current role, Melinda is responsible for the employee life cycle, from internal talent acquisition to career development. Prior to joining Spherion, Melinda was an HR Business Partner at Randstad US, where they supported the Employee Relations team for the Georgia, Virginia-Carolinas, Florida, and Texas regions. Melinda also has experience as an Executive Recruiter and Salesperson. Melinda has a passion for helping others reach their full potential and is dedicated to making Spherion a great place to work.

Melinda Randolph has a Bachelors of Science from Georgia State University in Business Education from 1980-1984. Melinda also has a certificate from Cornell University in Employee Relations from 2009-2010. Melinda is also a Certified Randstad Mentor from Randstad USA.
