Alexandru Matei

Alexandru Matei currently serves as the Global Head of Product and Innovation at SFR Business, overseeing product lifecycle management and product roadmap management since November 2023. Prior to this role, Alexandru held several positions at Orange, including Head of Unified Comms, Fixed Telephony & Customer Relationship LoB and Director of Group Partnerships Strategy & Ecosystem Development. Experience also includes significant roles at Meta as Strategic Partnership Manager for the Telco Ecosystem and at Orange Innovation as Senior B2B Product Owner. Alexandru co-founded Turbofarm, focusing on vaccine distribution to rural farmers in Tanzania, and accumulated extensive experience at Globecast in various managerial positions. Early career highlights include serving as Chief VoIP Solutions Architect at France Telecom Corporate Solutions and working as an IT Consultant at Beijaflore. Alexandru holds an MBA from HEC Paris, a Master of Science from ENSEEIHT, a Master of Engineering from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, and a diploma from Faculté de Sciences Humaines et Sociales - Sorbonne (Université Paris Descartes).
