Franck Gornès

Franck Gornès has extensive experience in network supervision and maintenance, currently serving as Directeur Supervision et Maintenance Réseau at SFR since August 2009. Responsibilities include overseeing 24/7 operational teams handling incident management for core Voice and Data networks, as well as leading performance coordination activities within the Technical Support teams. Gornès has held various technical and managerial roles at SFR, focusing on quality of service (QoS), network performance analysis, and team leadership. In earlier positions, Gornès worked at CEGETEL as an Engineer and DIRECTIQUE as a Supervisor, gaining valuable experience in GSM/GPRS networks and quality audits. Gornès holds a Master’s degree in Biochimie - Génie Génétique from Nantes Université and a degree in Radio Engineering from SFR.
