The Football Operations team at the Swiss Football Association is responsible for overseeing the management and development of both the men's and women's national teams, as well as youth squads. This includes coordinating team logistics, enhancing player performance through analytics and education, and implementing strategies to foster talent at all levels. The team works collaboratively to ensure the success of Switzerland's football programs on both a national and international scale.
