Prior to this, Thomas held various positions at REXEL FRANCE from June 2005 to January 2015, where responsibilities included developing lighting solutions and managing technical sales. Thomas's career also includes leadership roles in the Gravotech Group France and KOMPAN France, demonstrating a strong background in commercial strategy and client relations across multiple regions in France.
