Carlos Tan

Carlos is a Principal of SG Credit Partners, Inc. (“SGCP”) responsible for originations, deal execution, and portfolio management. Carlos joined SGCP in October 2019 and is based in the Atlanta office.

Prior to SGCP, Carlos was a Vice President at AloStar Capital Finance (“AloStar”), a division of Cadence Bank, N.A., where he structured, underwrote, closed, and managed direct and syndicated loans to lower middle market companies. Carlos’ transactions were primarily comprised of senior secured asset based revolving credit facilities and senior secured term loans.

Before AloStar, Carlos was a Senior Analyst at Chatham Capital, a lower middle market cash flow lender, where he underwrote, closed, and managed direct and syndicated first or second lien cash flow loans.
