Desmen Siders is a seasoned professional in the energy solutions and automotive industries, currently serving as Co-Founder and COO at SG | Energy Solutions since January 2010, where leadership encompasses global sales and operations teams for advanced fleet management systems. In addition, Desmen has been a Managing Member at Integrated Solutions Group LLC since May 2005. Prior experience includes a tenure at DENSO from January 1996 to June 2014, progressing from Quality Engineer I to Quality Engineering Manager, overseeing global quality engineering services for Toyota Motor Vehicles and resolving quality issues for multiple automotive manufacturers. Desmen's educational background includes a degree in Engineering and Business Management from Michigan State University and a leadership program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2019.
