Muaz Batterywala

Muaz Batterywala is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, procurement, and maritime operations. Currently serving as Shift Manager at Red Rooster since February 2022, Muaz applies leadership and problem-solving skills to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction. Previous experience includes a consultant internship at ArcBlue focused on the Western Opportunities Network in early 2023, and a role as Procurement Specialist at A.P. Moller - Maersk from December 2020 to December 2021, where Muaz coordinated procurement for a fleet of 35 ships to achieve significant cost savings. Earlier service at A.P. Moller - Maersk as Third Officer from November 2015 to October 2019 showcased proficiency in maritime roles with independent watchkeeping responsibilities. Muaz holds an MBA in International/Global Studies from Victoria University and a BSc in Nautical Science from Tolani Maritime Institute.
