Yadira Montesdeoca is an IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and help desk services. Currently serving as an IT Help Desk Specialist at SG360° since December 2023, Yadira previously held the position of Technical Support Specialist at Composites One from December 2020 to October 2023, where responsibilities included AD network account management, Microsoft services administration, and hardware/software troubleshooting. Prior experience includes roles as an IT Helpdesk Technician and Administrator Assistant at Northwestern Settlement, where Yadira provided technical support and managed help desk operations, as well as an IT Help Desk Intern. Yadira holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from DeVry University and a Micro Master’s in Nano-Science & Technology from Purdue University College of Engineering.
