Joseph Mamayek Aia

Joseph Mamayek AIA, LEED AP, serves as Principal and Vice President at SGA in Boston and New York since October 2020, while also owning MAMAYEK Design Studio LLC since June 2020. Prior experience includes Design Principal roles at HDR from August 2012 to May 2020, where a focus on innovative design in healthcare, research, hospitality, residential, corporate, cultural arts, and mixed-use projects was established. Notably, while at TRO Jung|Brannen from June 2006 to August 2012, Joseph was involved in the award-winning MaineGeneral Medical Center Alfond Center for Health, recognized as one of the Top 20 Most Beautiful Hospitals in the US in 2023. Joseph's career began at Jung|Brannen Associates from August 2000 to June 2006, contributing to the BSA Honors and Awards Committee. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Environmental Design from the University of Minnesota.
