Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both entrepreneurship and nutrition. Currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store dedicated to organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include Proprietor/Manager at Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, Nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019, and University Lecturer in applied mathematics for nutrition and history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
