Barbara began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Pepsi Beverages Company in 1999 and held that role until 2013. In 2006, they became an Independent Advisor at CM Group Holdings, Inc., where they remained until 2017. From 2013 to 2017, they also served as the Director of Human Resources at Treadwell Enterprises, Inc. Since 2017, they have held the position of Director of Human Resources at SGC Foodservice.
Barbara Sechler obtained their Bachelor of Science in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources Management from Missouri State University in 2006.
