Charline Chen

Charline Chen is an experienced production and plant management professional with a strong background in the automotive and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Production Director at SGD Pharma since September 2018, Charline oversees pharmaceutical and beauty care packaging. Prior roles include Plant Manager at Magneti Marelli, where expertise was applied to automotive lighting production, and Production Manager at the same company, where Charline led a team in launching a new facility in China. Achievements in previous positions include significant reductions in scrap rates and labor losses through the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques.
